Spruce-Maple |
| This
guitar has spectacular looks, a sweet tone supported by good volume, and a
nice range of color. The sides and back are cut from the same slab of
flamed Maple, the neck is also flamed Maple, with Padouk trim. The
top is
Engelmann Spruce, the fingerboard is Macassar Ebony, the scale is
66cm. Its bracing is after Torres/Romanillos, and it is finished with a
very thin coat of Urethane.

| This
guitar has a nice warm sound overall. It is powerful and has a nice range
of color. The top is Cedar,
the sides and back are Padouk, the neck Mahogany,
the trim is flamed Maple. Bracing is after Torres/Romanillos. The
fingerboard is Rosewood, the neck Mahogany, the scale 66cm. The finish is
French Polish. |

#7: Sitka Spruce-Myrtle/Mahogany |
| A
different guitar of spectacular looks, its sound is warm and
powerful. The outline of the body is after a steel string guitar, slightly
larger, but it is comfortable to play and rests easy in the traditional
playing position. The top is Sitka Spruce, sides and back of figured
Myrtle/Mahogany composite, the neck is Mahogany. The scale is 66cm, the
finish is French polish.

#10: Spruce-Padouk |
| This
guitar is just opening up now and is turning out very nice. It has an
Engelmann Spruce top, Padouk sides and back, Mahogany neck. The scale is
65cm. The modified Torres/Romanillos bracing make it a powerful guitar
with the brightness of the spruce top. Finish is French Polish on the top,
sides, back and neck are Oil Varnish. |

|
A
personal favorite, this guitar has a warm, rich sound and is really
powerful. It has a Cedar top, Padouk sides and back, and Mahogany
neck. The fingerboard is Cocobolo, scale is 66cm. The top is French polish,
back, sides and neck are Oil Varnish. Even though I fussed over the
rosette design for quite awhile, I really like it now and will use the
elements again in future guitars. |
